Hi i'm Movingshadow aka Giles. I currently drive a Scooby which keeps me on my toes. I love cars and I love driving!

I have always had a love for cars and when i was 15 I would read every car mag I could get my hands on. When I turned 16 I went to my first cruise. I was hooked! I became good friends with a couple of guys who lived for their cars and we would be out most weeknds at cruises round the country o Southend. Since I got into the scene it has slowly started to slow down and very much change. Back in 1999/2000 there wasn't the big influence of the internet and cruises were all word of mouth. As that has changed I have changed with it.

I joined Cruise-Herts in 2003 but didn't become much of a name until 2005. Many of my friends had gone their seperate ways and I found myself not visiting as many shows or cruises any more. Thats when I met up with a couple of members of Cruise-Herts. I had been talking to a guy called Ross on ClioSport and he persuaded me to come to a meet. Thats when I met Erika and all it went from there.
In 2006 I took on the role of events organiser for Cruise-Herts, I used my experience in the scene along with my passion for car shows to try and bring the best experience possible for all our members attending shows.

The scene may be different to how it was but one thing is for sure, Cruise-Herts is here to stay!
